Perth alcoholics, Chub Rub, are a new wave of Hardcore inspired Punks.
From 6168, a hole in WA’s South West, the band was formed by Izaac (Bass), Max (Guitar) and Cooper (Drums) in 2022. The group was later completed with the arrival of front man and pisswreck Cunno (Vocals). Less than a week later the group played a house party in Kwinana, and the rest is history.
The band have played numerous shows across Perth, as well as featuring, and placing in Local Band Smokout Tournament. They have just completed and released their breakout EP: ‘SNIFF THIS’ recorded by local Punk hero Alex Sorentine of 6168 SCUM RECORDS and PISS CORNER.
