I come from a musical background, was raised in Los Angeles South Central, grew up in Texas also. I started to become interested in music when I was about 12 years old. I'd always heard good music playing growing up the best of the best soul music, blues, r& b, country, and so I begin to create songs in my head. Then I started to write poetry, I'd come up with little mini songs, I wrote a play and then I did my first demo in Inglewood California when I was 21 years old. For that demo I got music from some friends and wrote all the lyrics to all the songs and recorded it and it just gave me a rush to hear my voice actually on CD. That's all the inspiration that I needed to continue to write good music. I also sparked an interest for writing for other artists as well. Music is life and music brings people together! Music should be celebrated!!
