Music is my soul and guitar is my lady. I was born in Leeds and have moved around England but am back home in Leeds again. I started playing guitar when I was 12 years old and was always inspired by my grandma who was an amazing pianist. I went to Leeds College of Music and learned all aspects of music, recording and production. I had a band called Rusty Nail in the late 90's we played a few local gigs and recorded a couple of demos. I also worked in a recording studio for a couple of years and recorded an album, some of these songs I have re-recorded and since released. I achieved a lifetime ambition of building my recording studios at home and call my label Rusty Nail Records, the name came from the band and originally was from the Cocktail mixing Whisky and Drambuie.
