Gene Ristic Formally Johnathan Decoy Adams was born in Olympia Fields Hospital. He grew up in the south suburban area as kid, but as he got older he started taking adventures to “The Windy City”. That’s where he met his real first recording engineer and the very first time he felt his self falling in love with music. Throughout High School he made songs, recorded, & free-styled. During his jr. year of High School John suffered from blunt force trauma to the face. The critical injury didn’t stop him although he sat back for years writing and working on his craft. On May 17th 2020 He emerged with his latest single “Mood” then followed up a month after on June 19th 2020 (which is know as Juneteenth) & dropped his first ever album self titled “Decoy”.
