Born in Atlanta and raised in Sparta, GA, Ezey Da General began his pursuit to a music career at the age of nine. The son of two crack addicts was discovered at 15 by a local producer and signed to SpitTown Records under the moniker "$moke." After the deal stalled and the label folded, Ezey went off to college to pursue a degree in education but continued his passion for music. In college he linked up with some friends and formed the group Commanders In Chief (C.I.C.). Known then as "Da General", he dropped several underground mixtapes and singles until unofficially retiring in 2014. During the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, he decided to revamp his music career and start a record label, Creative Integrity Music, under the name Ezey Da General, paying homage to his childhood nickname "Eazy E." Now, as a label executive, producer, and artist, Ezey is looking to re-establish himself as a renown emcee and climb the ranks as a well-rounded music professional.
