My name is 4.9, and I am a hip hop rap artist from Sacramento, CA. I have been rapping since 1985. I used to rap with my brother, Tim (aka "Torch"). We were fairly popular in South Sacramento back in the late 80's and the early 90's. I am now a solo artist. I recently released an album with X-A-V Productions (aka Sawvee). It is titled "ISSA BLAP! VOL. 1".
