Howdy, I'm a midwestern gal who fell in love with writing and music at an early age. My main goal in life is to give back to the world of music. Music has been there when I didn't want to be a burden to others, and I honestly am not sure I would be here if it wasn't for some of the artists I mention below. A favorite saying I saw once is "music speaks where words fail."; Music is truly a universal language. Some influences include Avril Lavinge, Jojo, Ingrid Michealson, Sara Bareilles, Jason Mraz, Oh Land, Kimbra, Finneas, Tom Odell, Karmin, Qveen Herby, Coldplay, Ryan Tedder, Ed Sheeran, & Adele. It's a bit strange to for me to say Taylor Swift has inspired me because I was writing and singing before I even heard her on the radio. I admire her character and catchy tunes and would easily enjoy a conversation with her about the specific things we have in common. I hope someday she hears one of my sad songs because I know we both love a good one of those. Stay hydrated, everyone
