Gallimore is a multi instrumentalist, songwriter & rapper from London. Growing up in the suburbs of greater London he first picked up a bass guitar aged 11. Real name Harrison Gallimore, in high school he was called by his last name and it stuck. In his first attempt to branch out, whilst still in high school he learned to play Jazz on the double bass. He studied music in college and picked up electric guitar & piano to add to his repertoire of instruments. Taking inspiration from a multitude of genres, from Jazz, Soul & Funk to oriental Lo-fi hip-hop. His biggest influences are J Dilla, Mac Miller, Loyle Carner, Tom Misch & Dave. This mixture of American and UK hip-hop is evident through laidback west coast vibes with a british delivery and London accent.
