Split time between Gwynedd, Wales and Cheshire, England.

A cross-border identity - bilingual. Family Welsh-speaking 'Cymro Cymraeg' but born Handsworth, inner city Birmingham, England. Brought up in N Wales. Took degree Liverpool University and postgraduate in Nottingham. Qualified urban planner. Worked for regeneration agencies tasked with rescuing derelict or run-down parts of Manchester and Liverpool. Then as private consultant directing major planning & regeneration development plans and environmental projects across UK and internationally. Ended that career advising UK Government ministers on nationally significant infrastructure projects. Then rediscovered love of making guitar-based music after a 40 year gap, teaming up with another musician to develop the 'Bear Wires' project, releasing a debut album and several singles. Enjoy singing and playing in bands and solo. Married with two grown children and a couple of grandsons.
