I tried to capture and share my true to life story of heartbreak. However, I wanted to build a song that passed along important corrections that I failed so terribly at. I was hurt over and over again as I was afraid deeply to love even if love stared me in the eyes. Finally after all these years, fear, anxiety, anxiousness, and loneliness I decided to finally take a leap of faith and believe we could collide to bring me back to life. Long story short, is how happy but full of light and love because I opened my eyes and allowed a feeling of excitement and happiness to overtake that fear. Therefore, I tried to build an exciting tension before the drops resembling the hardships we have with overcoming the past. A fear an excitement to move on especially when such a powerful emotion such as love is involved. I just hope this song allows me to help some folks that feel lost and alone and that nobody cares about their depression. Its ok to feel broken like I once did but through the power of music and dance we can unite and help those in desperate need.
