Born in Charlotte, NC in 1997, coming from the underground emo, punk rap scene, Kid Cartier is an American rapper and songwriter. His music is inspired by the likes of Bones, Lil Peep, and Nirvana. His mellow beats, low tones, and trap influences collide together to create a unique sound that audiences are taking to by storm. Not shying away from the pain and issues with mental health, he makes sure to address all the battles that one may face in life. He is currently involved with a group of nomadic creatives and artists called "Sad Boi Collective (SBC)". Kid Cartier has been writing music since 2016, but has decided pursue music more seriously as of 2021.
