James Keen is a London-based, international singer-songwriter who lays powerful, textured vocals and evocative, thought-provoking lyrics over a broad, genre-defying sonic landscape to create songs that are timeless and contrasting. Every album has been crafted to take the listener on a musical journey across pop, folk-pop and soft-rock, with elements of R&B, blues, funk, country, and jazz. He has performed around the world, including around the UK & Ireland, Switzerland, the United States, South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong & Japan. He is a founding member of the pop-rock band Magazine Gap. 2023 sees the release of his second and truly solo album, CROSSOVER, written, recorded and produced by James.
