Joey Lamar is a self-taught recording artist, producer, and songwriter who has been sharpening his sound since 2010. Born and raised in Brooklyn NY and heavily inspired by the wild pulse of early EDM, Joey creates music that’s genre-blending, emotionally charged, and always future-facing.
His style is about defying one categorization, an ever-evolving fusion of bold experimentation and raw feeling. Each track is built to connect, built to move, and built to last. In Joey’s sonic world, emotions are never stagnant... They move!
His debut single, “Caught You In A Lie,” kicks things off with hypnotic hooks, lush harmonies, and drops that will get you so pumped up, you’ll want to suplex your laundry machine for its crimes against your missing socks.
