Born and raised in Jersey City, NJ, I grew up around music. My uncle Daniel was a DJ, as well as family members who were in the church choirs. I attended P.S. #14 and joined the band directed by Mr Duboise I played the Trumpet and as well as Marcus Monroe who Played 1st String. Mr. Duboise was a Great teacher and instructor. I remember performing in a parade on Kennedy Blvd for St. Patrick's Day with the school band. I guess you can say music has always played an intricate part in my life.
