Mark Thomas Speakman is a Los Angeles–based Christian pop artist whose music draws on the harmonic richness of 1970s and '80s FM radio. A doctor for over 40 years and a cardiologist for 30, Speakman is also a lifelong musician — and his songs sit at the intersection of those callings.
Born in England and trained at the Musicians Institute, he recorded his singles at Sunset Sound Studios with producer Carl Verheyen (Supertramp, The Bee Gees, Dolly Parton), with guests such as Alex Acuña (Paul McCartney, U2, Weather Report) and Charlie Bisharat (Yanni, Elton John, Aerosmith).
His pop is built on big hooks, lush harmonies, and adventurous arrangements, with lyrics that often hold a dual meaning — readable as devotion to a partner or to God. With nine singles released and more arriving throughout 2026, Speakman calls this chapter his "second act."
