Mark Hervey is a Brooklyn based musician, singer/songwriter who has played in bands since his young teen years. As a founding member of The Gomers, Hervey began his recording career in Madison Wisconsin in the 80's at Smart Studios, with Butch Vig and Steve Marker (Garbage) behind the mixing board. He moved to New York in 1991 and continued playing in bands on the side while pursuing other projects. On his first solo album ABOUT TIME, he mixes rock, blues, folk, country and soul to create, not just a collection of songs, but a true album experience from start to finish.
