OITU stands for “Out Into The Universe”, a phrase taken from a lyric in Coldplay’s song 'Champion Of The World’. If I was to describe my sound, I’d call it ‘Visual Music’ as my debut album title suggests. Music that evokes and explores feelings through rhythm and sound, like a sonic painting in motion.
This project truly sums up my never ending awe of life, of us as humans living on a floating rock, where connecting to one another can be the simplest or the hardest thing to do. Through intricate driving drum beats, ambient guitars, vocal textures and triumphant synths, these songs are an honest expression of my moods, colors and all of the kinds of worlds within me. My depressive past and my hopeful future, from me, out into the universe.
‘Drocer Nekorb’ is the first song from my second album ‘Somewhere Far Away From Here’ an album that will showcase a more experimental, bold and daring side of me.
