Pianoman, songwriter and producer, Ozzy is a musician first, his incredible piano playing influenced by a love of blues, boogie woogie piano, and artists such as Ray Charles, Bruce Hornsby and Billy Joel. After 5ooo plus gigs performed, and many years experience in numerous different bands and recording studios, his songwriting genres reach far and wide, from dance tracks to cuban jazz to hip-hop/rock hybrids.
Ozzy says "Whilst my piano playing is influenced by a love of blues, there are many forms of music I love, so I don't let myself be too constrained as a songwriter to fit into one particular niche. For that reason when people ask “what sort of an artist are you?” my reply is “I'm an artist who tries to write good songs, that's it."
Currently Ozzy performs at Jools Holland's club, "The Jamhouse" in Birmingham, UK and in his trio "The EightyNines", performing all the big songs from the 80's & 90's. He has a recording studio at home, where he writes and records all his material.
