Radu Zaplitnii is a multi-award-winning artist based in Doha, Qatar and has a special passion for instant music improvisation with combination of a unic style of sounds and original melodies that create a modern, new vision off simultaneously mix of visual arts and music. He’s melodies are a fresh and instant sound combination that reflect each artist separately.
Fallowing his graduation from the Academy of Music Gh. Dima in Cluj Napoca Romania, Radu has been employed as accordion and piano performer as well as a vocal and music theory teacher in many parts of the world.
He has extensively performed the last 30 years in Venice Italy, Japan, SA, Moldova, Qatar. In 2004-2007 Radu was selected by Pierre Cardin for his exceptional performing style to compose and improvise for each artist separately at the modern art exhibitions in Paris at “Espace Cardin”
Radu composed the soundtracks for Ionela Sandrina Mihuleac’s art exhibition in Iasi and Cucuteni Romania at the “Museul Unir
