Hello there (Obi-Wan Kenobi voice), I'm Rokin Roger. I'm the guitarist/singer for the band AO River a local 2-piece band from San Antonio Texas. We are 2 friends from very different music backgrounds, that love music and love a stage.
More about me, I grew up in music. My Dad was a Drummer for a cover band that played around town, and when he wasn't beating the toms he was picking at an acoustic guitar on the back porch with a beer. He would make me practice the drums 15 minutes a day. He would say "Learn to play and instrument so that you have something to fall back on to make money" unfortunately the drums did not grab my interests. I was accidentally placed in middle school band where one of the instruments to learn was a bass guitar... now that grabbed my attention so I learned to play bass guitar and then soon after that I picked up the guitar and have been playing ever since.
