Saam felt like an outsider growing up in Singapore as an English/Iranian child. He never quite fit in with the other kids at school, but he didn't let that stop him from pursuing his passion in music. He taught himself Ableton and how to play the guitar and started writing songs. He's now a successful producer thanks to his hard work and dedication. Saam was the producer behind the band Her's, and is known for his ethereal and dreamy soundscapes. Her's was a cult dreampop band from Liverpool, England, consisting of Stephen Fitzpatrick and Audun Laading. He was able to translate the band's vision into a sound that was both unique and accessible, and her's became one of the most successful dreampop bands of the 2010s. Now venturing into his own world as Saam jk, his music is heavily influenced by the alternative rock music of the 90s.
