I am from Michigan, I was able to work with a Michigan band that had a National #1 hit, Question Mark and the Mysterions, for 2 years, and toured mainly in Michigan. We had the opportunity to play at the Palace of Auburn Hills. I also recorded a song with local musicians and two members from the band Rare Earth. We released a single that went to #1 in the Mid Michigan area. I worked with a band that performed concert warm ups for Mark Farner of Grand Funk, Night Ranger, Blue Oyster Cult, Foghat, The Romantics and The Outlaws.
