Aarau

The Aarau (Swiss)-based Neo-Folk/Americana quartet Tony and the Nightingales discovered their self-proclaimed genre "Argoviacana" through a shared philosophy. The band repeatedly finds new inspiration and joy in playing in their cozy rehearsal studio, often late in the evening when the tea has long gone cold and – most importantly – only a single lightbulb is still burning. In August 2024, the band finally released their first single, "Schnäll Verby." The song was recorded in the studio, mixed by Miro Wolf, and mastered by Kilian Horvarth.
