As a child I was brought up by my parents Charles and Felicia Johnson. Who taught me the importance of worship and praise. My mother sang in church and my father was a musician who started me on drums at six years old. Never having lessons my father would tap his foot and pat his leg to give me the beat. And I've been staying on beat with Jesus ever since . Tho I admit I haven't always stayed on tempo. At times I've moved too fast and had to slow things down. Other times I was too slow and had to pick up the pace. But like a beautiful song of grace my heavenly father just keeps playing. He gives me the tempo and allows me chance after chance to get on beat. Now he gives me a song and the chance to set the tempo for others who might not have had a family to show them how to play. I thank all those who helped me along the way and appreciate those who kept me in prayer. I give him all the glory for all he has done and his blessings. And I thank you for taking the time to know me.
