Based in London (UK), raised in Bologna (Italy), and guided by a stubbornly Greek heart, I’ve been writing songs since I was ten years old. Long before I had any technical understanding of music, I was already walking around humming melodies in my head and inventing strange tunes that sounded far more exceptional to me than to anyone unlucky enough to overhear them. Over the years, I’ve drifted between drums, piano, and an ever-growing obsession with synths, layered sounds, and melodies that arrive unexpectedly at inconvenient moments. Songs are my refuge: the place I return to whenever I need to express parts of myself without worrying about expectations, crossing “forbidden boundaries,” or letting my inner child roam around unsupervised for a while. And yet, music is only one half of the story. My other enduring obsession is writing. In my more “serious” life I am a scholar working on that elusive force we call creativity.
