Dawning from the South Eastern United States, Turris Ruina ushers a fusion of Atmospheric Black Metal with intense Symphonic Death Metal elements. With influences such as Dark Funeral, Dimmu Borgir, and Batushka, their forthcoming full length album paints a gritty picture of dystopian religious dogma, and the effect that has on a disconnected society.
Having shared the stage with the likes of Carach Angren, Wolfheart, Cryptopsy, Archspire, and others, Turris Ruina takes the stage with a mission to provide an experience that musically and visually leaves an impression, inspiring a wanderlust of the winding forest in the shadow of one's mind. With founding members of ‘Oculum Dei,’ and following a headlining tour up the East Coast (Pre-Pandemic,) TR pushes forward into a new chapter with a renewed vigor as writing the first title in this new chapter is wrapped.
