Tuset is a Nigerian twin music duo born in Lagos State and originally from Ogun State. Their music is shaped by brotherhood, culture, and a shared passion for creating sounds that connect generations. Rooted in Afrobeats and contemporary African music, Tuset blend melody, storytelling, and emotion with the rich heritage of Afrobeat.
Both members studied Psychology at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, and successfully completed their degrees and NYSC service in Lagos. Their background in Psychology influences their understanding of emotions, relationships, and human experiences, which they express through their music.
Inspired by the timeless spirit of Afrobeat, Tuset aim to reinterpret its melodies, rhythms, and storytelling through a contemporary African sound. Their vision is to honour the past, connect with the present, and introduce the cultural essence of Afrobeats to new audiences.
