Falana Fawaz Ademola (LASKOszn), also known as MAZZA, is a fast-rising Nigerian Afrobeats artist. A proud alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, he was deeply immersed in the campus performing arts scene. Before fully stepping into music, LASKO built a reputation as a highly skilled dancer, performing alongside top artists like Asake , Ycee, and Dremo . His transition into music was organic. While still in school, he quickly became a campus favourite, driven by his natural stage presence and a distinct sound that blends genres effortlessly across multiple hit records. In 2025, after relocating to Lagos, he released his underground hit “EKO ”—a vibrant record capturing the fast-paced Lagos lifestyle and marking a major turning point in his career. Originally starting out as a rapper under the name Lasko Blark, LASKOszn has evolved into an artist with a dynamic sound—fusing homemade Afrobeats with global influences like Trap, Drill, Funk, R&B, and New Wave.
