I'm thrilled to have you here reading this. I go by the name Francis Pounds, but in the music world, I'm known as Youngblood Happy Meal Lord. Back in 2016, I found myself heavily involved in ghostwriting for rappers. My manager at the time preferred I keep my real identity under wraps. It was during one drive to the airport that the sight of a series of billboards along Interstate 55 caught my attention: Youngblood's RV's, McDonald's, McDonald's, and Cowboy Church. It was a mundane scene I passed by often, but that particular morning, it struck me in a profound way. Those billboards became the unexpected spark for the persona that I still embrace today.
