The six-string specialist, Alfie Smith, is an emerging session guitarist based in London/Liverpool (UK). Early on he developed a natural connection to music and the guitar, currently inspired by a variety of musicians, from Tim Henson to Tom Misch working with artists spanning numerous genres from soul-funk to heavy-metal. Alfie's collaborative projects serve evidence of his flexibility across styles (his latest release: ‘Fantasy in 6/8’ being a synth/metal fusion), and his musical artistry to continue to push boundaries beyond the guitar, through composition and production. With experience in musical theatre and function work, Alfie relishes challenges, taking them in his stride whilst striving to entertain an audience both on stage and in the background of a gig.
