Chrissie Dux is a grunge, country and folk-influenced singer/songwriter. Having grown up on the Isle of Wight she was ‘Sent to Coventry’ in 2008 and decided to make the musically vibrant city her new home.
Chrissie’s material is bold and shares stories of her experiences with mental health, addictions and broken relationships. She also performs an eclectic range of beautifully reworked covers. You could hear anything from Alice in Chains and Alter Bridge to Simple Minds and Katy Perry.
Described as “one of the city's most respected and credible artists” Chrissie has gigged across the Midlands, as well as appearing at festivals like Godiva, Beneath the Trees, Freedom 21 and Covtember. She was also a finalist in the singer/songwriter category of the 2022 Godiva Calling competition. Her debut album will be released at the end of 2022.
