Stop Go
Electro House is back My take at an electro tech house track in the style of Max Styler and Dom Dolla. The reference track used to compose and structure this song is "Oldskool Flavor" by Max Styler and Greggio as well as Afrojack's remix of "Satisfaction." All of the sounds used here were made using Serum 2, except for the Dirty Dutch lead, which comes from an old Massive preset. In honor of the reference track, I also threw in a few retro one-shots into the drumline, which consists of 909, 808, and "synthwave-type" drum pieces in it. This song is entirely groove-driven with tons of swing. more

Hollow
**WARNING: VERY LOUD** So I have been producing officially for a year now, and I have focused heavily on vocal & hook-driven tracks over the recent months. Finding vocal samples that are not boring or used by 5943493849 other people on Splice, Tracklib, and others is a time-consuming challenge, so I obtained these from Vocalfy. A bit pricey, but definitely more unique overall. The vocal samples also come with a backing track, which served as one of few reference tracks for this one. Overall, the track is a blend of elements taken from deep house and progressive house, most notably, inspired by a lot of Fire & Ice era Kaskade. The track still needs some work, and there are a few things I'm trying to mix out and audition, most notably, I'm not 100% happy with the riser, or intro for that matter, but for whatever reason, finding ear candy that works the way I want it to has been challenging for that particular segment. Let's see if the new DIsco Candy 2 sample pack has anything that would fit this track. Something appears to also be messing with my low end whenever I export the track, yet it seems ok in the DAW, which is frustrating. There are also some very, and I mean VERY faint areas of phasing that I'm not sure where they're coming from and my OCD ass can't help but try to find out where they are. Normally, this is a quick fix. The lead sounds come from two Serum 2 patches: One called "Ethereal," which is a lead pluck and a patch I made called "electro saws." This track is currently streaming only on SoundCloud and will likely go up on Beatport in the near future. So far, this is one of my better-performing tracks. Lyrics: Living in fear that I feel too much I don’t wanna lose all that I have at once So I took back my heart and emptied the sorrow cuz who even knows if you’ll love me tomorrow And now I’m hollow hollow, hollow hollow hollow, hollow everything’s been taken out I can’t feel anything now hollow hollow, hollow I do it all not to let you in I don’t want you getting under my skin So I took back my heart and emptied the sorrow cuz who even knows if you’ll love me tomorrow And now I’m hollow hollow, hollow hollow hollow, hollow everything’s been taken out I can’t feel anything now hollow hollow, hollowmore

Club Ignite Remastered
*VOLUME WARNING: THIS TRACK IS VERY LOUD* Alright, so I originally wrote & released Club Ignite roughly 7 months prior to this post. Well, I went ahead and remastered and reimagined one of my oldest electro house tracks, this time built almost entirely in FL Studio. "Dirty Dutch" electro-house through and through. Now that I have improved drastically at both sound design & pitch bends, I created and replaced the original sample-based lead with intense, squeaky pitch bend/alarm leads that cut right through the mix. There were things I wanted to add to the track back then that were simply out of my league when I wrote the original. This remaster has all those additions and changes I wanted to make (making the track more drum-focused, subduing the melody a bit so the drums and adlibs can do the heavy lifting, etc) Notable features: Heavily drum-driven with an aggressive dembow pattern and kick that doesn't let up. Louder, meaner, and tighter than the original ever was. Here's the original for reference: https://slaps.com/track/8J0qJzaOmore
