At 5 years old I used to listen to my Dad’s records and the live recordings intrigued me. I new then that I wanted to be a musician and communicate with people through songs. There’s a transfer of energy and communication that takes place in a live situation that is almost impossible to capture in the studio. It’s like the electricity in the air just before a thunderstorm, I love that experience and space.
