Singer-songwriter Grace Corbett demands to be heard. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, she makes music rooted in stories that everyone can see themselves in. After spending most of her childhood writing little lines and poems to help understand the ever-changing world round her, she launched herself into the music industry through internships, research, and work as a digital marketing assistant for another singer-songwriter. Her first single, “magnetic,” was released in collaboration with friend and fellow artist yuwe in late 2021 with two more releases, “Icarus” and “sorry,” following shortly after. Despite all three songs being vastly different, they all convey a common theme: a search for purpose. Corbett believes all people, no matter what stage of life they’re in, are attempting to find how their specific piece fits into the puzzle that is our world.
