Heart Healing Anniversary, the long name for the extremely creative and extremely anxious artist known as Empress to the game-heads but as Heart on Soundcloud, Tumblr, Instagram as OUCHEARTBREAK and on TikTok as the phoenix, Heart Healing Anniversary: the nickname that stuck and made it here into the bio. The community on tiktok (4k steadfast people) warmed and nourished Heart’s career from the funeral parlor where she last saw herself at to the dv shelters she recorded in tears and bandages out of- fleeing place to place around Minnesota to execute a 10 year long escape plan from a man who groomed, beat, strangled, abandoned and isolated her from the impressionable age of 16. Turning to music instead of continuing suicide letters, battling health issues while fighting for her life and her children’s, music was born. Born into the world with the same fate written out for her: unlikely to ever be heard. Still singing.
