I was born on October 13, 1990 to parents Robert and Lisa Padgett. I was followed quickly by my brother, Sam, and my sisters Kelly and Katie. My father worked as a paramedic while studying chemistry. He graduated shortly after I was born. When I was around four, he made the decision to attend medical school with the intent of being a physician. This set my family on a nearly decade-long journey which took us around and even out of the country. Music became very important to me during this journey. Recognizing my innate interest in music, my mother and father provided me opportunities to express myself musically. The first time I remember “performing” was in church at the age of 10. This became more frequent, eventually leading me to study music at Cornerstone University from 2009 to 2014. After a short stint in education, I moved to Cedar Rapids, Iowa and became a worship pastor at Prairie Bible Church from 2019 to 2021. I currently serve as worship pastor of Maranatha Bible Church.
