J.M. Solis is an indie singer-songwriter based in DFW. He has always had a passion for music since he was very young and picked up guitar at the age of 15. He hasn’t stopped playing since then and started developing his own material soon after. His works consists of a colorful blend of neo-psychedelic and folk genres heavily inspired by the great artists of the late 60s he grew up listening to such as The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, and James Taylor. He even gains inspiration from contemporary artists like Mac DeMarco, Gorillaz, Maynard James Keenan, Adrianne Lenker and many more. He explores introspective themes in his lyrics including interpersonal relationships, personal growth and spiritual philosophies. J.M. has previously worked with other bands since 2018 including Sea of Stone, The Void, Soma Sky and most recently, The Hazy Chambers.
