British/Nigerian vocalist Jogzy was born Emmanuel Oluwatosin Awoniyi in Lagos. His interest in music began while attending University of Sunderland, UK. He completed his BSc. in Computer Science and MSc in Telecommunications Engineering and started to pursue Afrobeats/Dancehall and Drill music full-time and releasing his debut single” Fame in 2019.
The single received some attention for its mix of clubby production, high-energy vocals, and and was followed shortly by second single “Knock Down Doors” and he has released a plethora of singles.
