Jonathan Fawcett is a singer/songwriter blending layered, guitar-driven melodies with acoustic textures and honest, reflective lyrics to tell stories about love, faith, and the quiet moments that shape us. Influenced by early-2000s rock bands like Mae, Copeland, and Anberlin, his songs often begin on the road—letting the rhythm of new places shape his ideas—and come to life in his home studio. He released his first album, Fox on a Hillside, for his younger daughter’s fifth birthday in 2020. His other releases include Christmas Cartographer (2018), Second First Breath (Jesus, I Love You) (2023)—a worship song born from a spontaneous collaboration with his oldest daughter—and Young (2025), a two-song EP released on his 15th wedding anniversary. Young features the first two songs he ever wrote for his wife. Sentimental to a fault and a storyteller at heart, Jonathan invites listeners to notice what’s beautiful, remember what’s good, and live with a little more hope.
