Lizzy Vincent: singer, songwriter, and entertainment personality referred to as an earthy alternative singer melding style cues from Alanis Morisette, Pink!, Evanescene, Sarah McLachlan, and Gavin Rossdale Biography Daughter of Chilean folk singer Elsa Rico, I grew up listening to my mom’s Latina voice and operatic range and being encouraged to express feelings through music. Atlanta is home, and I have a base is the salt like city, UT area. Writing with and receiving musical feedback from well-established entertainers in the alternative, rock, folk, pop, and R&B genres, I’ve taken cues from writing and jamming with friends who were traveling musicians and singers with Grammy winning artists, touring international artists, and producers for big names like Ariana Grande, Lauryn Hill, Elton John, Sevendust. I write what I hear in my head, and sometimes that’s more country, more rock, or more pop than the previous song.
