I began playing professionally at at the age of 17 in Cincinnati, Ohio in the seventies along with other well known artists. I formed a band of seven members who went on to play the local Tri-State (Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana area) for a number of years until moving to Houston, Texas where I learned recording techniques at The Recording Institute focusing on multi-tracking techniques, mic placement, signal routing, etc. in a studio environment. After six years in Houston, I moved to Atlanta where I took various courses in MIDI Technique and Digital Recording. It was here that I started to make extensive use of Cakewalk ver. 5 and mastered it up to the Sonar series. Playing on studio sessions from Maine to Florida. Now in the Columbus GA. Area Specializing in Pro Tools and Logic Pro. I eventually landed in Jacksonville, Florida where I became associated with Cypress Recording Studio as a Studio Musician, Producer, and Engineer. I opened my own studio called Media Sound Design.
