CLARK FORK

Born in Glendale, California my Mother Emilia Alaniz & Father Hernan Bank met in Hollywood at a party in their 20's... We lived in North Hollywood in the early days, then Sherman Oaks, and I grew up all around Studio City, Burbank, North Hollywood.. My folks listened to Donna Summer, Bread, Johnny Cash, Glenn Campbell, Herb Alpert, & many others.. My mom played piano, but my dad was a photographer who didn't really play any instruments.. But he was an artist.. I started to really get into old broadway musicals as a child, then eventually I started to see my cousin James in Alta Dena play guitar, drums, piano, & he taught himself how to read & write music.. In my 20's, he & I reconnected & started writing music together.. He taught me everything I wanted to know about music.. He is a prolific melody~maker, and we became a song writing machine together.. He & I formed a band in the late 90's called "BELIEVE".. We recruited my old friend Collin Colberg, and the rest is history.. Big Love
