Born and raised in WI, Purplelily(27) is a Hmong American Singer-Songwriter. She was born into a family of six kids and to Hmong, Christian parents who are, a few of many, of the first-generation to move to the United States after the Vietnam (Secret) War. Purplelily's music is not defined to one genre but rather a blend of genres such as her musical tastes from pop to hip hop. Her lyrics are influenced by self-reflection, the mourning(s) of her youth and, ofcourse, sex. 🤭 "Pain is what connects everybody, really."
