Born and raised in Bern, Reto Roland Keller began his musical journey as a drummer in local bands, where his passion for rhythm first took shape. His deep affinity for electronic music and technology soon led him to join STARTER, the techno band founded by Francis Foss in 1981. In 1985, the band made waves on the Swiss music scene with the release of "Victim." Two years later, their Italo-Disco track "I Cry For You," composed for the singer Shy Rose, became a club favorite around the world.
In 2024, Reto launched his AI-driven music project RE-TOK - using cutting-edge technology to express ideas, moods, and emotions in new ways. Inspired by the spirit of old mixtapes, he moves freely between styles and eras, refusing to be limited by any single genre. “I love music, especially dance tracks with driving basslines and catchy melodies,” he says. His return to the scene began with “Da geht noch mehr” (2024), marking a bold new chapter in his career.
