Locus Shift is a solo project created with the intent to take modern metalcore and djent influences and infuse them with elements spanning across many other genres of music. The overall sound remains rooted in metal, but utilizes characteristics of ambient music, EDM, and even a cappella. The result is that each song maintains its own unique identity, as every release strives to demonstrate something different than the last. Everything you hear is composed, performed, and produced by me alone.
