SWIMLOW is a project built out of obsession, loss, noise, and trying to make something beautiful from all of it. Pulling from grunge, shoegaze, industrial, and alternative music, the songs live somewhere between heaviness and atmosphere — balancing distortion, melody, and raw confession. A lot of the music deals with addiction, emptiness, spiritual decay, and survival, but not as concepts — as lived things. SWIMLOW started as a way to turn inner chaos into something tangible, and has grown into its own world with a distinct visual and sonic identity. At its core, SWIMLOW is about finding meaning in wreckage and turning pain into something alive.
