Variant Summer is Ryan Jones. Ryan is a musician, producer and song writer based out of Folsom, California. For over a decade Ryan has been performing, recording and producing in bands as well as solo acts before Variant Summer’s formation. Variant Summer was conceived in response to Ryan’s wanderlust, spending years recording and writing noise to oceans and wilds. His visuals and sounds are a derivative of his life journey and the exploration of the natural world. As a multi-instrumentalist, with a love for soundscapes and experimentation, he’s found a niche in producing artists that are looking for a unique sound in their tracks.
