A Blast from the Past
Disco nostalgia and music for Cardio Climb class! ------ “Hot Stuff!” (Donna Summer) ------ “What?” (Giorgio Moroder) ------ “catchy” (external reviewer) ------ “The song that is played by the band while the audience waits for the star to walk on stage. Hints of Bowie, Nile Rodgers, Kraftwerk, Fela Kuti, David Byrne. Should be adopted by a radio station as their go-to instrumental, as the shift in mood, rhythmic punctuation and occasional vocal would act as a perfect interlace with a mellifluous DJ voice. Just sayin” (Mari Royla) ------ “Great overall beat, rhythm and most of the instrumentals … a classic funk sound…great for a montage in a movie or show” (Reverb Nation Crowd Review)more
