Walk & Wilt
“Walk & Wilt” introduces a world quietly collapsing beneath everything it has built. As institutions decay and people look away, the song asks whether corrupted foundations can survive their own weight or whether we are simply watching the whole world wilt.more

Dig Your Own Grave
What happens sometimes when you talk too much? You really got a way with words But the lies won't help you find your way Close the curtains Shelter in place The world is bleeding There's no meaning now Find– Comfort in hurting Try to save face But you're only pleading Inside you're screaming out You really got a way with words But the lies won't help you find your way Find your way You always try to hide the hurt All the while you go and dig your own grave Dig your own grave Kept uncertain I've fallen from grace And now I'm bleeding Oh, I'm bleeding out Can't– Stop the hurting Flat on my face I'm only pleading But there's no conceding now You really got a way with words But the lies won't help you find your way Find your way You always try to hide the hurt All the while you go and dig your own grave Dig your own grave You really got a way with words But the lies won't help you find your way You always try to hide the hurt All the while you go and dig your own grave Dig your own grave You really got a way with words But the lies won't help you find your way Find your way You always try to hide the hurt All the while you go and dig your own grave Dig your own grave _________________________________________ Video by Nate Kepner of Theriaca Lyrics by Kyle Batenburg of Theriaca Music by Theriaca Produced by Scooter Allen Copyright 2025 Theriaca is: Bryce Barrett - Drums Kyle Batenburg - Vocals/Guitar Nate Kepner - Guitar/Vocals Greg Fristick - Bassmore

I’m Good (But I’m Not)
“I’m Good (But I’m Not)” is a confessional ballad that pulls back the mask we wear when we say we’re fine but feel like we’re falling apart inside. Told with raw honesty, the song captures sleepless nights, unspoken weight, and the quiet ways pain shows itself, through silence, distance, or driving nowhere just to escape the noise in your head. With its stark vulnerability and unforgettable hook, it turns a private struggle into something universal: the courage to admit we’re not okay.more
