I've been a musician and a dreamer my entire life. I started playing guitar when I was young, but I didn't really get into it enough to pursue it until high school. I was in a band that blended 90's pop, grunge, early pop punk, and nu metal. Our songs had the infectious melodies of blink 182, and the raw loud rhythm section of bands like Nirvana or the Melvins. After high school I started producing simple beats all in software. I wouldn't play in another band for 2 years. I auditioned for a band in my hometown and immediately got the part. This band was different from my first as we played only original music. We did well enough that I thought I was a rockstar and let that life over take me. I spent more than 12 years since afraid of myself. I kept playing, I kept writing, but I also kept holding myself back. Today I am taking my life and happiness back. I became all the rockstar cliches, but I'm not going out that way. I want to leave behind something that helps at least one person!
